A: Click on your profile pic in the top right corner. Click on “Linked Accounts” then click “Add Account” and follow the directions on the screen.
Q: How do I submit videos?
A: Once you’ve joined a campaign and linked your social media account, click on the campaign, then scroll down to the yellow “Submit Video” button. From there you will follow the instructions on screen and include a submission title name (can be anything related to your video), your video link, and an optional description.
Q: Do I get paid automatically after approval?
A: No. You need to manually request your payout once every three days. After the three days your payout will be deposited into your Whop balance.
Q: Why can’t I request a payout?
A: You can only request a payout if you’ve hit the minimum payout threshold and it’s been at least three days since your last payout. If either condition isn’t met, you cannot request a payout.

A: Linking your account is the necessary process of connecting your social media profile to your Whop account. It lets us confirm the videos you upload are really from you.

A: Anyone can participate in a Content Rewards campaign! You don’t need to be a content creator or have a big following.
Q: Do I need to have a lot of followers to earn?
A: No. Follower count does not matter. In fact, some campaigns even require creating a new account before posting.
Q: What is a CPM?
A: CPM means cost per thousand views. It’s the rate a campaign pays for every 1,000 views your video gets. For example, if a campaign pays $1 CPM and your video gets 50,000 verified views, you’d earn $50.
Q: Does it matter where I live?
A: Every campaign’s requirements are different. Some campaigns have geographic restrictions, and others don’t.
Q: What is a max payout?
A: It’s the most you can earn from one video. After your video reaches that amount, it won’t earn more. However, you can continue to create and submit more videos for the same campaign or another campaign to continue earning.
Q: Why was my video rejected?
A: Your video could be rejected for many reasons. The most common reasons are: your video doesn’t fit the campaign guidelines, your video appears to be botted, and your video is inappropriate or breaks TOS.
Q: How many times can I submit videos for one campaign?
A: There is no limit. You can submit as many videos as you want.
Q: Why was my video flagged?
A: It was flagged because the system detected unusual activity, like a sudden spike in views or signs of botted traffic. It will be manually reviewed, and if everything looks normal, it will be approved and paid out.
Q: Can I submit videos from a private account?
A: No. All submissions must come from public accounts.
Q: Why does the status of my submission say “Submitted”?
A: This means the owner of the campaign has not reviewed your submission yet.
Q: Will I still get paid out once the campaign ends?
A: If you earned money when the campaign was live, you will be able to claim your payout.
Q: Can I submit old videos that already exist on my account?
A: No. Each submission must be a new video that was created after joining the campaign.
Q: Can I submit the same video twice?
A: No. Each video can only be submitted one time. Submitting the same video multiple times will not result in additional payouts.

A: Don’t worry about it, just submit the correct one. Only approved videos are paid, so the incorrect one will be rejected.
