Create a campaign

Pick how you pay, write the brief, set the rules and the budget, and go live.

Ready to put a campaign in front of creators? Here's the whole flow, start to finish. The model you pick first is fixed for that campaign, so decide that before you start.

Before you start

Steps

1. Press New campaign and choose the model.

Choosing a campaign model

Retainer is a fixed amount per cycle. CPM pays per 1,000 views. Per post is a flat fee per approved video.

2. On Details, name the campaign, describe it, pick a type and a category, and add a thumbnail.

Filling in the Details step

Reference links, videos and files go here too.

3. On Configuration, choose who can join, which platforms count, the budget and the rates.

The Configuration step

Public campaigns show on Discover when Show on Discover is on, which it is by default; private ones only creators you invite by email or Whop username can see. Open to public lets any creator join, Application only means you approve them first. Budget is at least $1,000. On CPM you set the rate per 1,000 views and the minimum and maximum per clip. Turn on Require pre-approval before posting to see drafts first.

4. On Requirements, write the rules creators must follow.

The Requirements step

This is what you can reject against later. A rule not written here isn't a valid reason to reject.

5. On Creator details, say who you want posting, then press Continue to the Campaign summary, which shows the campaign as creators will see it on Discover, and press Fund now to pay the budget in Whop.

The campaign goes live as soon as the payment confirms. Nothing is saved until you press Save as draft or Fund now, so use Save as draft at any step to come back later.

What happens next

Open campaigns with Show on Discover on appear there for every creator. Application campaigns list applicants under Applications for you to approve. Submissions arrive under Submissions for review. See Review submissions.

After launch the model, platforms, access type and budget are locked. Add money with Top up; other settings can still be edited.

If it does not work

Step

What happens

Continue stays grey

A required field on that step is empty: name, description, type, category and thumbnail on Details; budget, rate and at least one platform on Configuration.

Fund now fails

Funding only works inside Whop. Open Content Rewards from your Whop dashboard and finish the draft from there.

Your campaign is live. Keep the queue moving and creators will keep posting.
