Approve, reject or flag the clips creators send in, and know what each action does to the money.
Your queue is where campaigns are won. Here's how to run it well. Every clip lands in your queue. Nothing approves on its own, and a fast review keeps creators posting.
Steps
1. Open Submissions. The Pending tab is what needs you.
2. Read the card: video, estimated payout, engagement rate, bot likelihood and view curve.
Sort by newest, oldest, highest or lowest views, or highest or lowest bot confidence, and pick the campaign from the list at the top.
3. Press Approve or Reject. A rejection asks for a typed reason, and the creator sees it on the clip; Approve fires at once.
Both actions sit at the top right of every card.
Rejections have to rest on your brief; a rule that only lived in a chat isn't one.
What each action does
Action | What it does |
Approve | Fires at once, with no confirmation, and sets the payout clock. On CPM the clip keeps earning until 7 days after approval (views from posting count once it passed the minimum), holds for 3 days, then pays; on per post it pays about 15 minutes after approval once the clip has reached the minimum views. Approval does not release money by itself. |
Reject | Asks for a typed reason, and the creator sees that reason on the clip; Reject stays disabled until you type one, and "Hold to reject and ban" removes the creator from all of your campaigns. Rejecting returns whatever was set aside for the clip to your budget, even after an earlier approval, as long as it has not paid. Approve it again while we are still watching the post and a fresh 7 day window starts. A payout that has already paid is not reversed. |
Flag | For engagement that looks bought or for serious abuse. A flag does not reject the clip and returns nothing on its own: it freezes the clip's payout and sends the case to our team, who either dismiss it, so the payout resumes, or uphold it, so the money set aside goes back to your budget. The creator is not shown the flag or your reason; to them the clip simply stops moving. |
Flagging asks for a reason, and you hold the button to confirm it.
The bot likelihood
A 0 to 100 reading of how real the engagement looks. Higher is worse. It's a signal, not a decision: nothing is rejected on the score alone. A clip whose score crosses the flag threshold is flagged automatically and its payout waits for a person.
Payouts and bulk flags
The Payouts page lists every payout as Pending, Cleared or Blocked, with View details and Flag payout on each row. Approvals and rejections are one clip at a time, from the submission itself.
If it does not work

Review quickly, reject only on the brief, and creators will keep sending you their best.
