Link the TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X or Facebook account you post from, so your clips can be submitted and paid.
A clip can only be submitted from an account that's connected here, in Content Rewards. Accounts linked in Whop don't count. For Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and X, you connect by signing in on the platform and approving the connection. Facebook uses a code instead (see below). We never post for you.
Before you start
Instagram must be a Business account. If it isn't, switch it first (see below).
Know which login owns the account you post from.
Steps
Open Settings, then the Connected accounts tab.
Press Connect account and choose the platform you post from. For Facebook, follow the Facebook steps below.
A window opens on the platform. Sign in, pick the account or channel you post from, and approve.
Come back to Content Rewards. When it says Connected, press Done. The account now shows in your list.
Instagram: switch to Business
Content Rewards only connects Instagram Business accounts. On instagram.com, click More, then Settings, then Account type and tools, then Switch to professional account. Choose Business, click Next, pick a category and follow the prompts to finish. Then connect it with the steps above.
Facebook connects with a code, not by signing in.
Open Settings, then Connected accounts, press Connect account and choose Facebook.
Copy the code it shows.
Post a Facebook Reel with the code in the caption. Set its audience to Public. Facebook often sets it to Friends.
Copy the Reel's link (Share, then Copy link) and paste it in the box.
Click Verify. Each check takes about 30 seconds. If the first one finds nothing, it checks again by itself.
What happens next
Every clip you submit must come from an account you connected. That check stops someone else claiming your clip's payout.
If it does not work
Submitting fails on "Posted from one of your linked accounts". Open Connected accounts and check that the account that posted the clip is listed. They must be the same account. Accounts linked in Whop don't count.
"Not a professional account" on Instagram. Switch it to Business (see above), then connect again.
"No YouTube channel found". That Google account has no channel. Try again and pick the account that owns your channel.
"Allow access to your YouTube channel". Reconnect and keep every box checked on Google's screen.
Facebook can't verify. Check the Reel is set to Public, the code is in its caption, and you pasted the Reel's own link. Then click Verify again.
Still stuck? Send us the platform, the handle and the exact error.
That's it. Once your account shows as connected, you're ready to find a campaign and post.
