What happened to your previous-version submissions and payouts

What carried over from the previous version of Content Rewards, what you need to do again, and where a submission or payout you had is now.

Written by CR Support

A lot moved when the new version launched, so here's what came with you and what didn't.

Your account and your approved earnings carried over, and campaigns from the previous version keep running on the terms they launched with. Connected social accounts did not carry over: you re-link each one inside the new app, and you have until 15 October 2026 to do it.

What carried over

What

How it looks now

Your account

Same login, same username, same history.

Approved earnings

Every approved clip and its payout, paid or still settling.

Campaigns from the previous version

Still running, on the terms they launched with, including their original creator fee, which is why a payout row on one of them can show 7 percent where new campaigns show 10.

What you need to do again

Connected social accounts are re-linked inside the new app, and each one is verified again with a code in your bio: open Settings, then Connected accounts, press Connect account, choose the platform and enter the handle, put the code in your bio, and press Verify account. Do this before 15 October 2026; after that date an account that was not re-linked cannot be used to submit. Connect your social accounts has the full walkthrough.

Its state when the change happened

Where it is

Approved and paid

On your Submissions page with its payout on the clip.

Approved and not yet paid

Carried over and settling on its normal schedule. The expected date may have moved, the amount did not.

Pending

Still with the campaign's team, who review it the same way as before.

Rejected with the reason "Imported from V1"

The clip was carried across as a record and closed rather than reviewed again; nothing was paid on it before and nothing is owed on it now.

Why a number or a date moved

Payouts that were upcoming when the change happened kept their amounts but joined the new payout schedule, so an expected date can be later than the one you saw before. If the amount itself changed, Your payout is lower than you expected lists every reason that can happen.

If a clip or campaign you had is missing

Open Help & Support (the chat bubble in the corner of this page and of the app) and send us the campaign name and the clip link, and we will tell you where it is. Private and application-only campaigns are the ones most likely to be affected.

That's everything that carried over. If something you had is still missing, the last section says what to send us.
