A statement looks like a bill, and it reads like one once you know the lines. Here's each one.
A statement is a receipt for one payout run, listing the clips that settled in it, what each earned, what came off, and what reached your Content Rewards Balance; it is not a promise of money still to come. Each one carries a reference number in the form CR-RA-2026-09-005855, which is the fastest thing to quote if you write in about it.
Every line, explained
Line | What it means |
Approved | The campaign's team accepted the clip. Every clip on a statement is approved; unapproved clips do not appear. |
Total earned | What the clip earned before our fee. |
Creator fee | What we took, at the rate for that campaign. How your payout fees work has the rates. |
Received | What reached your Content Rewards Balance in this run. |
Pending | What the clip has earned that has not settled yet. It will be on a later statement. |
Paid | The total that settled to your balance in this run, across all the clips listed. |
On every clip, Total earned minus Creator fee equals Received plus Pending.
Why the statement shows less than your Earnings page
The statement covers one run, while your Earnings page is everything: every run so far, plus money still clearing that has not been on any statement yet. The Earnings page will always be the larger number.
It is on the statement but not in my balance
Check which balance you are looking at. The statement reports your Content Rewards Balance; your Whop Balance only changes when you withdraw, which is a separate step you take yourself, and Withdraw your earnings walks through it.
Currency
Statements and balances are in US dollars. What arrives at your bank, PayPal or wallet depends on the payout method you set up on Whop, and any conversion happens there.
A clip you expected is not on it
It settles on a later run, or it has not finished clearing: press View details on the clip and read its Payout details panel, which Payouts explains line by line. If the panel says Payout sent and the clip is missing from the statement for that run, send us the statement number and the clip link.
That's every line on it, and what each one means.
