What's new

Content Rewards has been rebuilt. What changed for creators, and what changed for brands and agencies.

Written by CR Support

Content Rewards has been rebuilt. Your account carried over, and campaigns from the previous version keep running on their original terms. Here is what changed, for creators first and then for brands.

What's new

Welcome to the new Content Rewards. Your account came with you, so here is what is different.

For creators

What

What changed

Finding campaigns

Discover is where campaigns live: filter by platform, model and category, read the brief, then press Join campaign or Apply. See Find and apply to a campaign.

Connecting accounts

Accounts are connected here, in Settings, and verified with a code in your bio. Accounts linked in Whop do not count for submissions. See Connect your social accounts.

Submitting clips

The submit dialog runs three checks: the account the post came from, whether it is already in the campaign, and the 30 minute rule. Several links can go in at once, one per line, and some campaigns ask for a draft before you post. See Submit a video.

After you submit

Every clip sits under Approved, Pending or Rejected, with the team's reason on a rejection and a Payout details panel on every clip. A flag can be appealed once. See Approval and review.

Earnings

The Earnings page shows your money in three sections, Queued while a clip is still earning, Arriving once the amount is final, Received when it is in your Content Rewards Balance, and withdrawing sends it to your Whop Balance. See Payouts and Withdraw your earnings.

Fees

A flat 10 percent, or nothing on per post and retainer when the campaign budget is $5,000 or more. See How your payout fees work.

For brands and agencies

What

What changed

One organization per brand

Every brand you run is its own organization, with its own campaigns, submissions, team and budget. Agencies belong to all of their clients' organizations under one login and switch with the menu at the top left; there is no combined view across organizations.

Creating a campaign

You pick the model first, CPM, per post or retainer, and it is fixed for that campaign. The wizard takes details, configuration, requirements and creator details, ends on a summary, and you fund the budget inside Whop. Rates can differ per platform on the same campaign, and a campaign can be private so only creators you invite can see it. See Create a campaign.

Reviewing

Each card shows the estimated payout, the engagement rate, a bot likelihood out of 100 and the view curve. Approve, reject with a typed reason, or flag. Nothing approves itself. See Review submissions.

Creators

The Creators page lists everyone who has posted for you, with their clips, views and earnings, and from there you can ban a creator from all of your campaigns and lift the ban later.

Pre-approval

An optional setting on any campaign: creators upload a draft, you approve it or ask for changes, and they post only after you sign off. Draft approval is not final; the posted clip is reviewed again.

Team

Invite teammates from Settings as Admin or Moderator. Admins manage the team and campaigns; moderators review content. One person can hold different roles in different organizations.

Money

Budgets are funded per campaign through Whop, at least $1,000 to launch and $100 for a top up, with the processing fee shown before you pay. The platform fee comes out of the budget as clips settle. Unspent budget comes back through a refund request. See Fund your account.

Have a look around, and if something you relied on seems to be missing, tell us through Help & Support, the chat bubble in the corner of this page and of the app.
